Every set of construction drawings stacks layers — structure, then systems, then finish. We install the same way, each layer covering and protecting the one underneath.
We measure pitch, span, and wind exposure, then check attic ventilation and deck condition from inside before ever pricing material.
Old roofing comes off down to the sheathing. Soft or rotted decking is itemized and replaced before anything new goes back on.
